Some travelers stay an entire week or more, the place is comfortable and convenient. The property next door was a restaurant with delicious food before COVID-19 and will resume service soon. The neighborhood has seen significant improvement over the last 6 years. 

The owners ran it themselves for the first 3 years with great success and low overhead,  then leased it out successfully for the next 3 years to an entrepreneur who paid them a fixed rent and kept the rest of the proceeds for himself.
