Raised on a farm/ranch, Scott carries the personal knowledge necessary to both market and appreciate the value of property ownership.  Spending several years in California's Sonoma Valley has created a wealth of experience in Wine Development properties in Texas.

After serving seven years and counting as Chairman of the Appraisal Review Board in Bandera County, Texas, Scott has a good base knowledge of property values as well as the property tax implications involved in land ownership.  He has also formerly on the Board of Directors of the Bandera Natural History Museum.

Whether someone is buying or selling Hunting, Development, or Wine properties, focused in the Texas Hill Country and South Texas, Scott brings a world of area knowledge and national marketing expertise to benefit the successful property transaction.

With interests in many outdoor sports, like hunting, Scott enjoys the offerings of South and Central Texas every day!  As a licensed Sales Agent in Texas, Scott brings a plethora of experience to benefit any client, including photography, drone photography, and invaluable expertise in Social Media marketing.
